St. Vincent School is proud to offer a Vincentian education, extra-curricular and faith-filled program to students in grades Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade. St. Vincent School is a Daughter of Charity sponsored school whose vision is: It is our vision as Daughters of Charity that our students become people of service who see the face of God in everyone, committed to living their Vincentian Catholic values.
In order to offer this inclusive education at an affordable rate to every child, we rely on a generous subsidy of over $1 million dollars from the DAUGHTERS OF CHARITY FOUNDATION and an annual family pledge commitment from every family. No family pays the whole cost of educating their children at St. Vincent School. The value of a Vincentian Catholic education at St. Vincent School far exceeds the monetary charges.
All money is spent to meet the yearly financial budget and to ensure the school’s sustainability.
Tuition & Fees are paid to T.A.D.S. Management System. The tuition amount is taken directly from the checking or savings account. There are three options of payment: monthly, three installments, and paid in full.
TADS FEES (subject to change and Non-school related)
Processing Fee: $45.00 - This processing fee is included in the Registration Fee and is per family.
Insufficient Funds Fee: $50 - An insufficient funds fee can occur when you don't have enough money in your checking or savings account.
Late Payment Fee: $50 - A late payment fee (a late charge) is charged anytime you miss paying the tuition payment by your payment deadline.

$500.00 opt out of Family Pledge Commitment and make payments:
Must begin September 20, 2024 and paid in full by February 20, 2025. (May be split into up to six (6) consecutive payments via TADs, must contact the school business manager, for set up.)
Participate in Fundraisers to total a minimum of $500.00
$600.00 Penalty Buyout is charged to your May TADs billing if no fundraising is recorded or an agreement is set up.

*Prizes and incentives are offered for the 1st three fundraisers. No prizes or incentives will be offered for the last fundraiser. The last fundraiser is for families to catch up on their Family Pledge Commitment. Fundraisers may change due to product availability.

In order to qualify for the subsidized rates, ALL families must COMPLETE the electronic TADS FINANCIAL AID application at www.mytads.com., CEF, and SHEA: New Initiative. This is a requirement for our continued eligibility for the foundation subsidy.
Catholic Education Foundation
C.E.F. offers a $1,000 scholarship applied toward students’ tuition. Financial guidelines must be met to qualify. All families are encouraged to apply. Families who have been awarded a C.E.F. scholarship must reapply every school year.
New Student Initiative
Through a generous grant from the Shea Foundation this opportunity is offered to new families attending catholic school for the first time. i.e.: new preschool families or families coming from the public schools can qualify. Families who have been awarded a New Student Initiative grant must reapply every school year for up to four consecutive years.
Please note that tuition is paid in either 10 or 11 months per school year.
TK-7th Grade Child: Tuition paid over 11 months from August 2024 to June 2025
8th Grade Child: Tuition paid over 10 months from August 2024 to May 2025

To qualify for the Early Bird Registration Fee discount the following requirements must be met:
You must pay at least 50% of the discounted fee by February 2, 2024
Pay the balance by March 1, 2024. If the balance of the Early Bird Registration Fee is not paid by March 1, 2024, the Regular Fee will be due.
If you are a current SVS family, all outstanding balances must be paid.
