For more than 100 years, St. Vincent School has provided a safe and healthy learning environment that helps students to progress academically. We serve students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade in a Christ-centered atmosphere that fosters community and the achievement of religious and educational goals. Our committed and professionally qualified faculty and administration are dedicated to our school’s mission and philosophy and to meeting the individual needs of every student. Teachers have their BA and Masters/Credentials, supporting staff have their AA, completed BA, or are in a BA program.
Several members of our faculty and staff are current or former members of PLACE Corps (Partners in Los Angeles Catholic Education) or Vincentian Service Corps West. All teachers meet weekly to develop school-wide curricula, and they participate in ongoing professional and spiritual development to promote student learning. Faculty members correspond weekly with parents, with whom they collaborate to create a positive environment of respect, trust and faith. We establish high expectations to help students reach their full potential, and we provide a strong foundation in all subject areas to best prepare students for high school and college.
St. Vincent School’s faculty and administration are ever striving to be of service in the ministry of Catholic, Vincentian education and are committed to ensuring our children are educated for life. St. Vincent School is accredited by the Western Catholic Education Association (WCEA) and is co-accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Accreditation renewal will be in 2028.
